It is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive
specifically developed for courier bag tapes. It is transparent in
color. The product is featured high tack and peel, good wetting to
substrates, no flagging after ageing, good machinability and
non-stringing, excelent pot and ageing stability.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators.
Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 1800C
for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper,
25kg/box.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal
protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to
prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is
suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks
and using the oldest stock first.
